If your child likes dinosaurs then this place is wonderful.  We do go by the local bus and pay direct to the company but there are a number of agencies who will book for you.


For my daughter and I the bus is entertaining and not expensive.

Guan Choon Tong Herbal Store in Phuket Town

I always marvel at this place on the corner of Thalang Road in Phuket Town - a real Chinese Herbal Store.  The smell and the atmosphere is wonderful, another place that is worth wandering around Phuket town for.

Indoor Child Play areas in Phuket

There are certainly a plethora of Indoor Child Play Areas throughout Phuket.  My daughter insists on having a play - okay the rides are a little old but they please her to no end.


There are also 'soft rooms' throughout Phuket.

Bang Pae Waterfall

Bang Pae Waterfall is located in Khao Phra Thaeo National Park 22 kilometers north of Phuket Town on the way to the airport. 

Whilst you are here you must visit the Gibbon Rehabilitation Project where they try to rescue pet gibbons from the Public and integrate them back into the wild.  Please visit and leave a donation.

This shop is on the top floor of Central Department Store outside Phuket Town - a real hit with my daughter (who is three) who sat patiently whilst she had butterflies painted on her fingers.
